1. Company Information

AMK GP International provides a range of services including Umrah services, Hajj packages, holiday travel packages, air courier solutions, and general travel agency services. Each service is subject to specific terms that may vary depending on destination, supplier, or service provider.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you receive official confirmation from AMK GP International via email or other written communication. The company reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full prior to confirmation unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash, depending on the service. Failure to make payment within the required period may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the supplier’s policy.

  • For Umrah and Hajj packages, once flights or visas are issued, cancellations may be non-refundable.

  • For holiday packages, partial refunds may be possible based on airline and hotel policies.

  • Courier and travel services are generally non-refundable once processed.
    AMK GP International reserves the right to deduct administrative or supplier-related charges from any refund.

5. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required documentation before travel. AMK GP International will assist with guidance but is not responsible for travel delays or denied entries due to documentation issues.

6. Liability

While AMK GP International acts as an agent between customers and travel service providers, the company is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from acts or omissions of third parties, including airlines, hotels, or transport companies.

7. Changes to Services

AMK GP International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to make necessary changes to itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
